ON THE ISLAND

Havasu's first hotel was the Nautical Inn built in 1964, and man has it changed since then! But only fairly recently. They demo'd the old rooms on the beach in 2002 and built a beautiful new hotel. Personally I miss the old Nautical, but that's just me, I miss the old Havasu too! But you can't stop progress!

If you're looking for a beach resort experience in Havasu, the Nautical is the place to stay. Beach front rooms, condos, moor your boat on the beach or in one of their slips. There's 2 beaches and they're both beautiful offering a view of the lake, mountains, and Lake Havasu City. You could actually stay at the Nautical and never leave the resort grounds. You can launch your boat there, play golf, dine, party at the Naked Turtle Beach Bar, wake up with Starbucks. I know the hotel internet sites say they don't allow dogs but that needs updating, they now have 30 rooms that allow dogs.

The Nautical has 170 rooms. Extended stay kitchenettes & condos available. Perfect for families, groups, business travelers, & conventions. THE ISLAND INN

The Island Inn is a popular place to stay on the island, it's a short walk from your room to London Bridge Beach. Sometimes referred to as the pink hotel, it's easy enough to spot on the island!

The Island Inn has 117 rooms, heated pool & jacuzzi, laundry facility, wheelchair accessible rooms, 24-hr. front desk clerk, hotel security, free wireless internet access. Banquet room and gazebo available to rent. Restaurant located inside hotel with a bar. Monthly rates available. Pets ok with charge.

Heat Hotel

Formerly known as the Agave Inn, and still listed that way on some internet hotel sites, Heat Hotel has 17 spacious guest rooms/suites, full kitchens available, whirlpool baths, internet access, meeting space, wedding services, boat parking, wheelchair accessible rooms, airport shuttle, and patio bar that practically touches the London Bridge. No pets.

Heat Hotel is both on the Island and on the channel,
you can't get any closer to the London Bridge.
